Leaders Must Grow
Today, I found myself contemplating one of the principles of leadership…When you do what you’ve always done, you get what you’ve always got. Where there is no fresh creativity, there is no growth. Each of us must constantly strive to read, learn, observe that we might grow personally and lead others into a place of growth individually and corporately!
